Are people really happy? Or are they just kidding themself?

Most people will tell you that they are happy when asked the question. It simply is not cool to be unhappy. But I know lots of people who claim to be happy... but on the inside... they are full of anger... and it takes only a little spark to ignite that anger. Do you think that those angry people are truly happy?

No I do not think that everyone is truly happy with themselves they just do not like to admit it. No the people that are angry need to do something about it and not dwell on their own anger but to find some other way to be happy with their life as we only have one life and therefore they had best do something more positive.

I think very few people in this world today have acheived true happiness. Many people have had experiences or events in their lives which have made them unhappy inside. However, most people have jobs or families to look to, and therefore put their issues aside for the sake of simply getting on with their lives. I think many people say that they are happy simply because at that time, they are living their lives as normal, and things that sadden them simply are not at the front of their minds. Sometimes another bad event can make people break or snap, because they have not given themselves adequate time to deal with their thoughts. True happiness therefore I think doesnt really exist much nowadays. These people arent truly happy, but either do not want to accept things in the past, or their day-to-day lives take a lead in their lives.
