Day light savings time

This year day light savings time is going into effect on March 11. On November 4, we go back to regular time. This represents an even bigger slice of the year than ever before where we ignore nature's " real time " and pretend the sun is where it is not. I am against this pretending the sun is where it is not. What do you say?

I don't agree with this at all too...what is the point of changing the date- it's never been done before, why now?

I object not only to changing the date but also even having daylight savings time in the first place. The sun is where it is when it is. Daylight savings time pretends that it is not. Ignoring reality is mal adaptive behavior.
