Diabetes most often show no perceptible symptoms . Yet one can best be judged if your are thirsty too much ..feel like hungry just after having a heavy meal ...

when i was diagnosed, i noticed blurred vision, excessive urination, frequent ups and downs in temperatures - such as getting cold or hot for no reason, and excessive thirst.
I didnt really get hungry that much, but i did notice I got a lot more tired. I'd sleep a lot. Luckily, I caught my diabetes early.
