Candles or Scented Oils? What's your favorite scent?

I like using candle tarts in my burner.I make them myself.I use uncut oils for them.I like lavender the best.But in the winter I like eucalyptis.This seems to help if we are stuffed up or have a cold. I get free candles from by referring people to a site.So I have lots of candles.It's on my web its free to join and you get $5 in candle coins.

I am very allergic to a lot of scents, but i do like the strawberry and vanilla sents. They are very calming and soothing.

I love candles. My favorite scents are the ones that smell like something is baking. For instance my most favorite is hte apples and cinnamon ones and I also love one that smells like oatmeal cookies. I hate candles that smell like perfumes. My sister has those all over her house and on top of the heavy cig. smoke it is like being in a bar room.

I love candles. I burn them in my house everyday. Yankee candles are good, but I order online from Pocono Candle factory. I discovered them when we would take roadtrips from New York to Stroudsberg, PA. I find they are just as good as Yankee candles at a better price. I love the vanilla candles. The raspberry, blueberry, peach and ocean mist smell quite wonderful as well. Especially the ocean mist. And I must have a candle lit in the bathroom. My cousin bought me a scented candle from Bath and Body works for the bathroom. I cannot remember the fragrance name, I must remember to ask her as it smelled wonderful.

I'm a candle freak - although I haven't tried the scented oils. Do you use a warmer of some sort? (

I really love the soy candles that are sold around here. They are made locally by the Amish, and have some fantastic aromas. My favorite is the Carrot Cake. The first time I smelled one of these burning; I could have sworn that someone was baking a delicious carrot cake. Unfortunately, these can be dangerous to a diet. I love many other scents as well though. In fact, there are very few that I do not enjoy.

I love candles and have them through out the house. My daughter last year for my b-day bought me one of those scented oil holders. I use the scented oil, but will never get rid of my candles. I primarily use vanilla, but also enjoy pumpkin spice and cinnamon. I added a picture taken from my bedroom of some of my candles.:)

Oh you are talking to a huge huge candle lover!! I love candles and tarts. I have never tried the oils. I prefer the Yankee candle tarts. I think they have the best scents. I like the fruity type scents like apple, sweet strawberry, blueberry, cranberry chutney. Oh I could go on and on LOL!! My husband and kids tell me that I am easy to buy for, they just have to walk into a candle shop and can do all their Christmas shopping for me in one store.
