I think i am going to be sick from all of these happening to me this days, i Already four months at my new work and all of the thing the management promise was gone, the increase of salary after three months, the residency assistant, the uniforms the they should buy for me. they are all passing my inquiry to others, i hate this while i am working more than what they are expecting. i am receptionist,CEO assistant and a company writer for press realease and yet they are still doing this to me? what am i suppose to do? another magazine has just open there window to see my ability on writing. and so i send them my 3 finished articles and also mention that i was a former contributor writer on one of local english magazine which happens to be closed already. i feel very bad about this.. they are professional to be unprofessional. anyway i still have my work and need to talk to the manager tomorrow,as he promise to inform me of what is the development of my status. but i think there is another opening window for me while another is just going to be partially blind.

This is sad. You were so excited about this new job too! Just keep your cool and breathe. Breathing is important!

It seems to me that they do not really care about you. Try to keep your eyes open to new possibilities for jobs. Just because the people that you work for do not appreciate you does not mean that someone else will not. Perhaps you can find a job where your knowledge and abilities will be appreciated.

Just keep your options open. You never know when something wonderful will come along for you. I find the best things in life happen to me when I am least expecting them.

Well I suggest you have a nice long talk with someone there and explaine how your feeling. And ask what can be done for you. If you are upfront with people they respect you for it. Best of luck
