I was just wondering what kind of poems and songs did everyone write about or have to share? Feel free to post them here :) I don't understand you but I know that I have everything in my hand Going across the water, it feels so far yet I cannot forget Of all the things that you said to me Turn on the radio and all the songs make me think of you You're faraway and I could throw it all away Yet, I still hold everything in my hand Somehow you seemed to realise it before me That across the water things are different And somehow you gave up trying Looking up at the sky and I still see your face You're faraway and I could throw it all away Yet I still hold everything in my hand In my pocket are the black grains of memories Hidden but waiting to be found Inside your head are the possibilities Locked up by fear and hesitation What we think and what we're seeing don't go together But I can't throw it all away yet But I still feel the coldness of the old days But I still see the lights dancing across the sky Telling me, telling me somehow That I have to go back there, to see the truth The shadows of the past still linger in my dreams I cannot throw it all away yet I still keep them in my hand The black grains of memories
