fitness- stomach exercise

Which is the best position for working those muscles on your stomach?

That's a great question,I've often wondered that myself.Having read boocoo bunches of books,they seem to agree on crunches,situps and leg raises.I have tried those and can't really say they've helped.What has helped is working out 3 days a week on my stair stepper.I think it's because it also stretches the muscles besides strengthing them.;-)

You need to do some form of aerobic exercise to strenghthen the heart and also burn fat. Walking is a great way to do this. As for then firming the muscles for the stomach, try crunches or sit ups.

Walking is actually a terrible way to burn fat. It is very very slow, higher intensity excercises would be much better unless you are very heavy and can't do more than walk, then walking is a good start. Crunches, situps, etc are definitely the best to strengthen your abs, but you have to do A LOT of them.
