yOU COULD MAKE a thing that is so easy to make. Nissin Miojo (I dont know if you know but Its kind of spaggety). It will e ready in only 3 minutes. You can serve with Tubaina(Refrigerant) and its delicious. Or if you prefer you can make rice bean french fry and meat.

I do the same thing too if I wanted a fast meal or lazy to cook. Cooked the noodle and put an egg into it and ready in 5 minutes, 2 minutes to boil the water and 3 minutes to cook the noodle.

To be lazy once, you can buy the pizza base from the grocery and put any toppings and dressing you like. Simply, Easy and Healthy!

I'm being lazy today as well. I bought a roast yesterday and I am crockpotting it. I infused garlic into it and covered with fresh basil leaves. peeled some potatoes and dumped in a bag of short carrots and poured in a can of beef broth. Cook for the next 8 hours and will be done when I walk through the door tonight. Couldn't be much easier!

If you are into seafoods try this recipe: Garlic Buttered Shrimps Shrimps (big) lots of minced garlic Butter or margarine cooking oil chili (small red ones - optional) maple syrup (optional if you want it sweet) can of Sprite (soda) Wash shrimps, marinate in Sprite for an hour. In a pan, heat butter or margarine with a teaspoon of cooking oil (prevents the butter from burning). Saute the minced garlic and the chili (this is optional if you want it spicy) add the shrimps and saute until the shrimps are reddish in color (about 3 minutes). Do not overcook as shrimps tend to be rubbery if overcooked.Add the maple syrup (just a little). Simmer for a minute. Turn off heat.Be careful not to burn the maple syrup.

I always liked Tator Tot Hotdish. It's pretty easy to make. I also enjoyed it when my mom made spagetti and homemade pizza. Tacos are good too.

Hi mystic_0318, I think we must all at one time or another get bitten by the lazy bug. Plus, trying to think of something easy and differnt is a pain. I decided a long time ago, to help me financially and emotionally (plus a lot of other reasons), make a menu. Before I go to the store, (we shop for a 2 week period), I make a menu. Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner menu for every day for 2 weeks. This allows me to play around with ideas of what to cook and lets me buy everything to cook the meals, whatever I want to eat. It saves me money as well. I don't always stick to the menu. I might switch Monday for Friday or visa/versa but it sure helps. It keeps me from cooking the same old thing every week.

Sometimes when I just don't know what to make for dinner, we will have breakfast! We will make pancakes or eggs and french toast, we'll have orange juice to drink. Breakfast at dinner time is a nice change and soooo easy to make.
