Oh how exciting! Scottie Pippen was one of my favorite players back in the day! He says he is ready to make a comeback-- I hope if he does it's better than MJ's comeback! Can anyone imagine- Pippen playing for the Lakers! Might be just what we need-- Go Lakers- Go Kobe! Come on Phil make this happen! Any thoughts on Pippen's comeback and with the Lakers??

I hate to burst your bubble, however I don't think he will be that effective. The NBA now, move than ever, is a young man's game. He's been away from the game too long. Just look at all the players who are younger than Pippen who are no longer in the league. You have Tim Hardaway, Letrell Sprewell, Reggie Miller and others who walked away. If he does go to the Lakers, I wish him and the Lakers the best of luck. They are going to need it. Just my opinion. Lloyd

I think that too-- I'm just remembering the good old days with Pippen Kukoc and Jordan! Man those were the days-- I still think Kobe needs a strong powerful big man on the court.

Those were the good old days. Barkley, Ainge, Malone, Stockton. Wow. The talent has sure gone down. Thanks for the best response. Lloyd

Havent watched BB for awhile but I say Pippens was a good player . As I dont know how long it has been since he played am not a good judge of his ability to come back but if he does I hope it is a good one!

Jordan,Pippen,Rodman - Golden years of the Bulls
Hello,KrisNY,I used to watch NBA matches before,i still remember the performance of the bulls in a season,i am not sure the exact year, but i am sure they had 72 wins in a season which was the highest number of wins in single season. During those golden years of the Bulls,Jordan might be the best in the team, but Pippen had controlled the games really well so that Jordan can cocentrate in scoring. With one of the best ever head coach Phil jackson, the Bulls at that time was just formidable to any teams.

scottie pippen would no longer be as effective as he was with the bulls. his age has already catched up with him. if he's planning to return to the nba, he better do it as a coach. with the level and intensity of play in the nba right now, i doubt if he could still catch up with the young guys
