What Email Program Do You Use? / myLot

I have several email programs that I use on a regular basis. I use each one for a different group of emails. For example one is for family and friends, another is for programs that I am in and so forth. I have a gmail account. When I first opened an account with them, you had to have a referral from someone before you could open an email account. Well, things have changed since then. As of wednesday Feb 14 2007, anyone can open a gmail account. Signing up for gmail is as easy as signing up for a yahoo or hotmail account. Your Gmail account will give ykou 2 GB of space for your emails. Gmail groups your email into groups for instance, you receive 3 emails from Sue and 5 from Jim. The 3 from sue will be grouped together under Sue. The 5 from Jim will be grouped together under Jim. It takes some getting used to at first but after you get the hang of it, it is great. What kind of email do you use? How many email accounts do you have?

i use yahoo as my email. this a great free email services.. and it is easy to use, so really intrersted in use yahoo services..

I have 3 different accounts but basically only use my main one on sasktel.My hot-mail one I keep forgetting to go to it, which is bad as it gets full,and some of my friends can't send me pictures

I use several as well. All my political lists and my freecycle accounts go to Gmail. Hotmail is for my personal e-mail. One yahoo account is for my writing related e-mails; another is just for green-party stuff.

I use incredimail. I love it. It is pretty much identical to Outlook Express except you have access to letters, pictures, etc...... Just let's you dress up your emails more.

I am using Yahoo mail mainly, I have accounts in different web host though. I use different e-mail accounts for different purpose. For Mylot I am using one account, because I get too many mail daily from my friends notification. So, I don't have to keep searching other important mail in between those Mylot mails.

I used to use MSN email and now I use People pc which has been nothing but a headache lately. I'm actually thinking about spending that extra money every month so I don't have to deal with that so often.

i have several account, gmail, yahoo, hotmail. i don't use outlook express since it automatically downloads email to your computer. and if that email has a virus in it then your computer would get infected.

I am one the the strange people who like to use just one email address, I have several as I am connected to a couple of other peoples webpages which they for some reason have given me an email adress connrcted to their page, why I don't know to me it is just as easy to have one address, maybe I am misiing something I don't know...maybe I am dumb....:)

I use Hotmail normally and it is very acessible , until now have not encounter any problem with them yea .i do use Yahoo mail as my spare email yea

I am the only one using this computer, so I use msn and gmail. I run a business from it, and like to keep them separate. I used to use excite, it was so much fun when I received mail. It would be a cartoon that notified me. All kinds of different ones. But, I gave it up, as I really don't need so many. So, two is what I have, and it's enough.

I have three email accounts. One through my internet provider that comes to my home into Eudora. I have a hotmail email account and a gmail account. I also have an email account at work that I can access from home. Believe it or not, I can keep them straight and I know which one I have given to folks or signed up with at various sites, there is a method to my madness!

I was not able to access G-mail when it first came out and I got an invitation - so I have never tried it again. I used Incredimail for a long time and really liked it - but then started having troubles with it - so after my computer crashed I never bothered to re down load it and instead just use that outlook express thingy.

I have hotmail, (2) that I hardly use anymore (those were my first ones) now I have Yahoo that I use regularly (2) one for family one for things I sign up for and I have a dongo acct. that I rarely check because I get so much spam in that one. I love yahoo I switched from the Hotmail to Yahoo because on Hotmail I couldnt get a lot of attachments to show up.

I have several email accounts as I use Comcast, Yahoo, Netzero and Gmail. Comcast and Netzero I use more frequently since Comcast is for emailing family and friends and Netzero is for all the junk emails and myLot notifications and other types of emails. I have had other email accounts in the past but do not use them at all or frequently.

Hello, My self Praveen I am also a gmail user. gmail is very good. We can also chat in gmail without software. I am a new candidate on the myLot and i want to say that when i learn Internet i firstly use gmail.

I have about five Gmail accounts, and they all serve different purposes. Two are for friends, 1 is for family, 1 is for graphic design business, and another is for other business. Recently, Gmail incorporated a feature that allows us to grab mail from all our accounts at once. For instance, if you're logged into one account, you can receive mail from all the others simultaneously. I think it's a helpful feature because I don't have to keep switching anymore; All that logging in and logging out can be tedious after a while. I also have a couple Yahoo email accounts, but I only use them to log into Flickr.
