Why can't I see other star despite thier posting had reached more than 500?

When I reached a 100 post, I can see now my rating. But why can't I see some ratings when infact they reached more than the posting I've done? Can we configure to hide our star?

My lot gives us ratings between 0-10.The rating increases if we get +ve and it decreases if we get -ve.It also depends on our activeness on mylot.If we are not able to see others star even thoug they have made more than 100 posts may be they have got many -ve ratings or they are not very active on mylot.
