Both. both passion and stability are needed in a relationship, or else, it is doomed.

When ur new in love i feel stability is very inmportant nd once u have gone through that part i think then u can get married nd think about de passion part.

A balance of both is great. There cannot be passion without stability. And there cannot be stability without passion. :)

In the beginning of a relationship I would say it was passion. As your relationship matures over the years, then stability comes into play. So, I would have to say both just at different stages in my relationship.
