Do you ever have episides where parts of your feet or one or two toes are NUMB? I am having that more and more. What the heck is that? Lack of circulation or what?

I think what it is, it's time to get to a doctor and get checked. Yes it may be circulation but it may also be a warning sign and should not be neglected. Heart problems start with circulation problems sometime and it's better to find out now it's nothing too serious than leave it until it does develope into something more serious. All too often people rush in to see a doctor for things that common sense could take care of, this is something however I would like you to have checked.

It could be a very serious medical problem, or cheap shoes. My sister and I both bought shoes on sale from the same store. Within days she was suffering back problems and my toes were going numb. It turned out the shoes didn't fit either of us right causing problems. You should see a doctor, though, to rule out any medical reason for the condition. Numbness could be a sign of damage from diabetes or a stroke.
