i don't know hospicia de san jose, but i know there's a pretty big orphanage across ATC, called elsie gaches' village. you can just drop in and donate canned goods or noodles or money. or you can sked yourself to be an attendant or teacher

My mother is really into helping others and I'm thankful for that because I was able to help as well. We usually give grade school students who are in need before the school starts some notebooks, pens and pencils. We also give gifts for kids during Christmas. Wrapping gifts is not an easy task but it's really worth it.
