I would just say from inside mommy. Most times a general answer is enough for a young child.

not too much that's for sure! just tell them the simple version and they are happy for a while!
i think they don't understand the real story before they become 6-7 years old.

I'm guessing the little one in your picture asked - here goes: Babies come from a husband and wife who love each other very much. They want to become a mommy and daddy, so they make a baby, who grows in mommy's belly until they are big enough to be born.
