ANAND means happiness. the picture made by hrishi da is all time best movie. it is the movie which shows us how to live life even in great sorrow. i think all the actors, actresses and all the members of unit have done a great job

Anand is one of the all time classics from the evergreen stable of Hrishi Da. The movie has a fantastic story, a lively pace and brilliant performances. To boot, the songs are melodious, simple and beautiful. The whole mood of the movie is jovial till the very last when it becomes a tear jerker. I consider it as a masterpiece from a masterpiece director Hrishikesh Mukherjee. Cheers! Ram
