Oh Dear, I pushed the snooze button and now I am running late. No time to prepare everyone breakfast but I can't send the kids to shool with nothing to eat.
Oh Yeah, I remember that Raisin Oatmeal Mix that I made last week. It was simple and I can prepare it in the microwave while the kids are getting dressed. Wow, sure glad I made that mix. I remember that the mix made enough for 14 batches. Another problem solved by making homemade mixes. Here is the recipe
RAISIN OATMEAL MIX
6 cups quick-cooking oats
½ cup raisins
½ cup chopped dried apples or bananas
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
1 TBSP. ground cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
In a bowl mix the above ingredients. Store in airtight container.
YIELD: 14 batches (about 7 cups)
Remember to add the directions to the container
To Prepare Oatmeal:
In a deep microwavable bowl, combine 1/2 cup oatmeal mix and 3/4 cup
water. Microwave, uncovered on HIGH for 1 minute; stir. Cook 30-60
seconds longer or until bubbly. Let stand for 1 to 2 minutes.

i sometimes cook more servings of my dinner foods so that i can reheat something to make my breakfast. some leftovers be added with egg to make an easy omelet with bread or if i have extra time after dinner i will prepare some burgers or sandwiches that i can pack in fridge so that anybody can just heat it up in the microwave for a good meal !

That looks good. Might have it for dinner though. None of us are really breakfast eaters. That being said though I do love my oatmeal when I'm not feeling good. It's a comfort food for me. That sounds very good and one I'd love to keep on hand.
