I have the same thought as you. Fruit juice is good with no added sugar. I have a sweet tooth but do not like diet coke, the after taste of it put me off

I have been drinking sugar fee for so long I can not even stand the taste of regular drinks. Sugar is way to sweet and it makes me swell up. There was a time all I would drink was sugar laden soda and tea. My brother offered me $50.00 if I lost 50 pounds. So I started by only drinking water and sugar free soda and tea. I lost the 50 pounds within 2 months and made the $50.00. I have never drank anything with sugar since and this was back in 1972.

I think the other chemical sweeteners that are used instead of sugar are worse than having sugar, so I do prefer using sugar.

My best drink is always water over anything else. Diet soft drinks are not good for health and have actually been shown to slow down metabolism - resulting in an inability to lose weight.

I prefer sugar-free drinks for the taste and the no calories. Once you get used to sugar-free, regular drinks taste so sweet and syrupy. I try to drink more water, though, than drinks with artificial sweeteners. I think that too much of the artificial sweetener may turn out to be bad for us. We all know that water is good for health.

sugar-free may be good for diabetic and calory conscious people, but is not tasty and does not give fresh feeling. It does not give energy. Even though I am diabetic, I prefer with sugar drinks only.

Sugar free is the only way to go. If I get a craving for something like kool-ade, I use Splenda instead of sugar. I have not bought a fruit juice with any sugar in it for a looooooong time.

Yes, I do! I like crystal light products, and my children drink sugar free kool-aid. We drink diet soda (too much of it, in fact!)

I am a sweet-tooth. I don't think sugar-free will suit my taste. (",)
