Can fresh graduates also succeed today?

Do fresh graduates with BSc, BCom degree have a bright future these days. Or its like they have to depend only on BPO jobs for improvement and higher salaries.
What is the scope for growth in these fields?

Can fresh graduates succeed? - of course I strongly believe they can.But we must all know that having graduated would not bring anyone an instant success to thier careers. Evrything should start from the basic. It takes a lot of hardwork, knowledge from academic preparations and patience to be successful in our chosen field, that maybe in line with our professions or not.
