Hi, jencai. Poor posture, lack of calcium, and lifting of heavy objects, lack of exercise. What you do is check with your doctor and see if you have osteoporosis so that you will know what exercise is best for you. but, if youre ok, then maybe you were just in poor posture lately or had lifted heavy things. And, as always, eat green, leafy veggies. They have lots of calcium in them. Lots of water and milk and calcium carbonate help a lot, too.

Hi Jencai, the most probable reqson for backache is excess of body heat. Have lots of Tender coconut.

When you pick something up, it is imporatnt to bend your legs not your back. If you have lifed something heavy latley and bend your back to pick it up, then this could be the casue of your pain. I suggest a good heating pad or muscle relaxer cream should help. Maybe if the pain is too bage some Tylonol or something.
