Is being drunk an excuse to do stupid things?

For me, being drunk should not be made as a scape goat for doing something stupid. Drinking too much alcohol can reduce self control and may alter our judgement and bahavoir. We all know this and we are responsible for our actions, sober or not. If you know that you will not be able to control yourself when drunk, then don't drink. What are your insights in this one? Let us hear your drinking stories...

I would say doing stupid things is not an excuse to being drunk.

When my husband gets drunk, he just sleeps right away. But during the time when we ahd conflict, he just doesnt sleep right away but talks a lot first about the problem, a little uncontrollable. I just cry and tomorrow, after the hang over, he turns into a best husband again.

I hate drunkads anyway and they are stupid anyway (LOL). I personally think some people use their being drunk to do and say things that they dont have the spine to do when they are not drunk. In my country a lot of families suffer cos the father of the family is a drunkard. Some families both mother and father get drunk and kids have no way. I can go on and on so anyway, I say, all drunkads are silly and stupid. (people who take an occasional drink do not fall into this category and I am sorry if i hurt your or some one else's feelings)
