I remember when when i was growing up,i have my mom only to raised as.My age gap w/ my brother's are alot.It may sound funny but during my time esp. here in my country (Philippines)The old ones used to decide all the things concerning family matters ...(that's mom).Do you remember in your high school or even in grade school.Teacher's asked what you wanna be when you grow up??When i went to college MOM wanted me to take Nursing course w/c i realy hated coz i am not for medical assistance job. But, still what is my choice so when i was on my 3rd year as an intern i got pregnant and married unexpected. After the babies birth she decided to send me back to school and told me i have to continue my course.I did not listen to her instead i enrolled the course that i want..Hotel and restaurant management.First she was upset but i insist i said this time it's my turn to decide. Finally she agreed and i graduated. Now i am doing very good w/ my job and i have achieved my dreams.I have worked on Different chain Hotels abroad and right now i fulfilled my plans as well visiting places around the world working on a luxury cruise ship. What about you are you the one who choose your carreer? Are your parent's involved in decision making? Are you happy now what ever you have fullfilled?Pls. share your experienced....Thank's

Since I was a kid, my parents always let me decide what I am going to do. They only remind me the consequences. I have a lot of fun time from my good decisions and I also learn a lot from my bad decisions. I think if we decide anything for our children, they will rebel when they grown up.

generally speaking, life gets in the way of many of our dreams. Glittering prizes and endless compromises shatter the illusion of integrity as a wise man once wrote. I think we lose our dreams as life impinges. Blessed be
