I'd love to live in suburb. Suburb is safer, quiet and there is so much fresh air. It's not crowdy so there is not much crime. On the other hand, cities are too noisy, polluted and there is too much crime. There is always huge traffic which depresses me a lot. it's m opinion. What would you prefer?

this is a tough question to answer. the city has all the amenities and convenience and nightlife that i have gotten used to, but the suburbs or even the rural areas offer peace and serenity that is so hard to find in any city nowadays. i think i would pick the suburbs.

I have always lived in a small village and it's very peaceful though you see a lot of people. But i never want to live in a city because it's too noisy and here in holland the crime in the ciry is higher than in the village i live in.

ALL of the above. They each have their own charm and purpose. In the city I get where I'm going by bicycle. In rural areas the few stores around are miles away but the drive is usually so peaceful and in the suburb you get a great mix.

I prefer city because iam used to it.But i happen to visit suburb places and its true you get fresh air, silent and open clouds and quite greenery to watch.I can stay there maximum for a week not more than that and feel eager to enter my city eventhough there is traffic, pollution and noisy..this is my heaven

I prefer to live in suburb to avoid the massive traffic jam, I would rather take public transport (train)to the city to work. Living in the surburb give you the space and avoid the traffic but you are still close to the neccessary thing around you, eg hospital, shopping centers, etc

Both places have advantages and disadvantages. But I will choose suburb city for living. You are right that from the noice & air pollution, crime, low living cost, distance, cleanliness, road traffic etc point of view Suburb cities are better. But big cities have extra advantages like availability of good hospitals, education centres, government offices, more job opportunity etc.

I live in a small town (300 people) but I wish I lived out in the country with a huge yard and garden. No neighbors close by, no cars driving past my house. Quiet and calm.

While we have more things to do in the city, I do prefer more the suburb. It's more quite and more safe. The only thing I don't like about the suburb is that everyone knows everyone. And I don't like my life being talked by other people.

If I knew then what I know now, I would live so far out in the country that going to town would be an all day event. I would love to have my own waterwell, garden, livestock and all. Get back to basics so to speak. The only time I would ever come to town would be if I had to.
