Last night the Discovery Channel aired a 2 hour feature called The Lost Tomb of Jesus. The film makers tried their best to imply that not only was Jesus body buried there but so was his wife's (Mary) and his son. Ted Copple had a 1 hour "Critical Look" into the documentry with the filmmakers, a panel of archiologist and a panel of religious professors. Is the evidence enough for you? What are your opinions on the matter? And if it is true how will this new "evidence" effect your spirtuality?

WEll, on my humble opinion, this is another one of the so-called scholar-backed attack againts the founder of Christianity. Jesus' resurrection and asencion to heaven is one of the basic tenet of Christianity encompassing all denominations under its name. You nail it down and Christianity comes to a big lie. For me, this is just an extention along the line of the many lies and myths put up againts Christianity (just like the DaVinci Code). No other relegion in the whole world is constantly being attacked. I really wonder if anyone of them will ever dare to touch the faith of the Islam. I just wonder what will happen if they ever try to scrutinize the Islamic faith.

Chistianity, especially Roman Chatholics have been the subject of attack for many years. As a primarily none violent religion Rome takes it's blows in stride. Islam on the other hand have proven it's violence to the world on countless occations... so I doubt picking a fight with them is ever a good move. When you believe you're going to Heaven when you die for your cause you have people lining up to commit murder... but that's another discussion...lol But do you think there's any truth to all this "evidence"? Do you think the Vatican is hiding anything? Or is it all a smoke screen to confuse the general public and question their faith?
