You are complaining about book based knowledge. Do you know that vast population of India does not even have this book knowledge. Their lives are dark, like frog in the pond, who thinks the world is just as big as this pond where he lives. Today you have book knowledge so at least you can think and make difference between right and wrong, but what about those children who never went to school, those women who don't know that they are also humans and they have right to revolt and not live life of slaves. We can talk about creativity based knowledge only after our country is able to give basic education to every citizen of India. Basic education should be given at least till 10th standard and then each person should be educated as per his talent and level of ability. eg If child is not intelligent in studies but is good in painting or sports or making things etc.....then he should be further educated in that direction. so that when he reaches to the age of 25, he is professionalised at least in something and can earn his living. This is what is done in many developed countries. But basic education is a must and should be given first prefrence.

In my opinion the education in india is very good compared to other country in the world...
yes,it is based on the book knowledge, the student should learn creativity by there own interest and should gather the related topics from the internet.
