A rave party was organised by international drug peddlers at a small village in pune( India).Arrested 250 including 27 young girls and 7 foreigners.these 27 are well educated and monied.flew to this village to participate in this party.they all came from different part India.My concern is how could these foreigners organize this type of party in a village in this country and my most unanswered question is how did these girls who perhaps unmarried get information online that there was a party which dealt all sorts of notorious activities.My opinion is that this type of party has been taking place in my parts of india unnoticed or uncontrolled.The moral of these girls hang with question tag? who is responsible for this.... their parents or this society ?
