2 cups large cooked shrimp, cleaned
1 clove garlic, minced
1 cup chili sauce
20 slices bacon
Mix shrimp and garlic, pour chili sauce over it. Cover and let flavors blend for a few hours. Cut bacon slices in 1/2 and cook until limp, no crisp.
Remove shrimp and wrap a piece of bacon around each, securing with a wooden pick.
Set oven to boil. Place shrimp in oven 3 inches from heat source and cook until bacon is crisp, turning once.
