When someone invites you to their function, i mean like wedding, birthday or housewarming, how do you treat their invitation? For me, i will really appreciate the invitation no matter who is it or what type of function it is. I will try my level best to attend it. If i coulnd't do so, I will pay them a visit earlier or after the function. But people doesn't always do the same to me. Recently i organised a function and invited all my friends and family and happen to be some of them never turn up. Some of them did called me and give their reasons and some never even bother to call me at all. This really hurts me a lot. If you really want to attend a function, i'm sure you can make it even if you turn up late. Those who called me to give their reason for not turning up, i just tell them it's ok, never mind, what else can i do if they are not sincere to attend my function.

yes i love occassions and gathering, whenever i am invited i will surely come, but if i have some important matter to do or like emergencies, then i have to tell the host the reason why i can't attend..of course we have to respect the invitations no matter who is the host or type of function..
