spamming members in mylot

I don't know about anyone else, but when I get 3-4 messages a day of the same thing "join this site it will pay you more" it gets annoying.
Personally I appreciate the heads up, but once is enough. Anymore than one time to me it is spam.
Is there a way to report a member for spamming you? I mean I love the mylot forum but the spam is just too much!

How funny is this...I replied to this and what happens...I get a spam message! lol I think I jinxed myself. lol

I removed the person who sent the spam message (I added this person then not 1 hour later I got them message!)

I haven't had that problem luckily. I would definately report it to mylot. Just send them a message using as said the "contact" link at the bottom of every page. You can even copy and paste the message to them so they will get the full message. Are you getting them all from one person? That really stinks regardless. I hope you do let mylot know, I am sure they would appreciate it too.

If you just delete them from your friends list, they can't spam you anymore.
To me, even once is generally unwarranted. I think the majority of people here realize that they obviously could be making more. Like, if they got a real job with their time.

I've never gotten anything like that before here. I don't know if there's a way to report spam messages (other than giving the message/comment a negative rating).

Yes, I get that too. When I notify that I get a message, I will get a little excited because I thought a friend is messaging me. But those spams spoilt it all.
