turn signals

What are the worst cities for turn signal problems? I've seen them almost everywhere I've driven. In fact, I'm surprised when I see them used correctly.

LOL, all of them! I've been in a lot of cities and have to say there's always plenty that either don't signal at all or leave their signal on for miles & miles! LOL When my MIL sees someone not using their signal, she just laughs and says they are just worried about lowering the resale value of their car. They want to be able to say it's "rarely used" LOL

Now that I've cooled off, I'm laughing about it too, but earlier today I was muttering some things to an idiot driver that should probably not be repeated here.

i dont drive i am learning
