Coincedence or what...

A little while ago I came across a discussion in here where the poster had used a movie quote in the subject line. I read the discussion and moved on. But in the back of my head it bothered me that I could remember the quote but not come up with name of the movie. I eventually went back to the post intending to admit a brainlapse and ask which movie it was from. Then I noticed that in the tags it said "the princess bride". I was like "doh!" That movie was one of my favorites when I was younger.
I've thought of the movie on and off since then and figured that my daughter would just love that movie as much as I did. Then today when I'm going through the shelves at our local thrift store - there it was!!. I just had to buy it. I'm just waiting ever so impatiently now for my girl to get home from school so that I can watch it with her and see her reaction.

its funny when something like that happens.it make you wonder.how did that happen.it must have been your lucky day.an now you can share it with your daughter.it must have been an omen for that to happen.so enjoy the movie with her an have a good time.bring out the popcorn!

mmmm.. popcorn.. one of my favorite snacks. Unfortunatly I can't do the popcorn thing right now :( My hot air popper blew up on me the other day and I don't have any oil to do it in a pot on the stove.
Does anyone know if you can use regular kernels in the microwave and how I'd go about doing that?
