well i planing to go see friend of mine in scotland,i told her i'm going to wear kilt this time and she thinks noway,If i was to wear a kilt in scotland it would be ok and no one would say anything, but what would happen if i.. ...was to wear a mini skirt? would people still think it as the same? Kilt= skirt do you think she would let me in? Any problems with that?

I think if you wear a mini skirt in Scotland you probably wont get to see your friend if the some of the locals have anything to do with it! I would reckon you should opt for the proper kilt and try not to offend anyone in the process Good luck

Awwwwwwww come on, wear the kilt. Bet you would look sexy in one. I used to know a guy that wore a kilt and he looked....there I go again with mind in gutter. lol Anyways, if their that expensive, maybe borrow one from someone? Show off those sexy legs of yours.

no one around here have one,i think in all my friends i'm the first one actually going to try one on,i think when i wear a kilt,i should't wear anything else,do women do that too?every thing free to fresh air?anyway you girls haven't got anything hnaging out,well i promose to show you even more

I kilt is one thing and gets you one sort of attention. The skirt may just get you some attention you may not want. Might send a wrong message. Would hope that you be careful before knowing what the local customs etc are all about. Good luck with this one! lol

I think you should wear the miniskirt. Make sure it's a VERY mini miniskirt, though! Or... You can wear the kilt and then later excuse yourself and change into the very mini miniskirt! Ooooooh...

So how open minded is this friend of yours? If she doesn't have a problem with you showing off your...er...legs, I'm sure she wouldn't mind if you wore a mini. Or a kilt for that matter. But if you wear a kilt, beware of those sudden gusts of wind. You could end up giving her more of a "flashy" greeting than you intended. LOL

dont wear a mini skirt at all youll get arrasted wear a klit in scotland youll get a couple of weird looks but no one will bother,just remember to wear underwear or youll get a chill
