What is the worst survey group you signed up for that turned out bad?

The worst was MyView. I did quite a few surveys for them and they never paid me. It does take 4 to 8 weeks to be paid for one survey! Then after not being paid for the work I did, I tried to sign in and they had me locked out. My password would not work. I wrote tons of letters to get them to tell me why and they sent me these run around automated letters, all the while they are sending me surveys to do. I unsubbed today.

i do surveys from myveiw,but i havent tryed to collect anything yet from them.ill have to look an see now.you got me courious.but i dont like synovate.net an geenfeild.i try not to do them.i have done synovate for years an havent received any like of prize same as greenfeild.if greenfeild said its a 20.00 survey then i will do the survey.then it takes forever to get your money.

I had almost the same encounter with them. I started filling in my profile and then it froze I could not get any further so I tried again no luck, then I left it, the next thing they sent me a survey, but because I didn't fill in the application to the end, I've got no login or password, now it is in my junk mail.

I think most of them are bad. I created a seperate email account for them because they send you so much spam. I've never got paid for any of them and hate that when you get to the end, you have to to pay shipping and handling on something to get paid for doing the survey.

I guess you are not talking about the same myview, because the one I know always pay within a wekk through paypal
I have looked online and noticed there are several sites named "myview"
the one I am talking about is on invitation onlym therefore you have to be invitd to get the surveys ... was your myview like that?

Uh oh..lol I just signed up for them the other day! And today I took a survey and then tried to sign into my account but I forgot my ID so I tried to have it emailed to me but it said my email address was not in their data base!! If I can't get in by the end of the day I'm giving up on them too...
Other than that, I've never really had a bad experience with survey companies.

I have gotten paid plenty of times with MyView!! That is weird, I have been a mamber with them for at least two years now and I always get paid through PayPal. It is $2-$4 per survey. I don't like Greenfield very much, most of the surverys are just for an entry into the sweepstakes for $whatever amount of money! I have never gotten anything from them.

Usually, they will pay some people because if they don't, they will be labeled a scam immediately. The ones that are scams that I know of, do this.
