how many are you use organic milk ?

how many of you use organic milk ?and some people that have benfites in it's .is it good for health .i would like to know how we can get benifited?

Oh man i missed you..Where were you? I was thinking about you today! i use organice milk but don't drink toomuch,just a little in my english tea. I try to stick to all the chinese herbal teas. Too much milk can make you bloated and give you gas lol!!
