how many times you take a new glass?

Here in the UK it is usual to have an eye test with an Optician once a year. Here they will see if you need new glasses or not. I have mine tested regularly. I have had a lot of problems with my eyes in the past, and I am paranoid about my sight, especially as my Father had glaucoma. I think eyesight is our most important sense, and I treasure it above all things.

i had only 3 glass replacements. i have not been accustomed to wearing glasses/.

I used towear glasses allthe time now with regular tai ji my eyesight is much better and i do some taoist exercises that improve my liver as liver is the gateway to the eyes. If you drink Liver tea that wilol improve your eyes too..It is a herbal chinese tea forliver. Then you will get rid of the glasses and you will have eyes like a tiger. I had five eye operations as a child..
