If you're a singaporean, you may once in a while be approached by a protestant stranger, and he/she starts to preach about the wonders of God, telling you abt this and that? Then this stranger starts to force you to believe in what they are saying and starts to "invite" you to join their church. If you're a Roman / Greek Catholic, and you're approached by such strangers, what would you do?

I think religion and politics are 'the same'. I don't wanna make it worst here. I'll just use examples like: I am a user of Nokia, once in a while I'll be 'pushed' by salesman/salesgirls promoting Siemens, Sony Ericson, Samsung, HP...etc mobile phones. I view their products, listen to their presentation with an 'open mind'and I don't blame them for promoting. It's their job to promote and be a little 'bias' There's nothing wrong to be bias but it's best not to. Hope this example helps. Tashi Khoo http://entrepreneurs-link.com

Well, the problem isn't about expressing bad opinions about each other's faith, but it seems that this minorities are actually forcing people they just met to believe in their faith. We mustn't associate this with a business point of view. Business and religion is two separate ball game all together, and such be looked upon as separate units. I hope you get what I mean.

Oh, I think I get what you mean. It's human to be bias. I mention that I strongly believe in retribution and you may guess what's my actual believe. As for the word 'forcing', I'll say that nobody can force anybody if he/she stands his or her ground firm. We know that religions and believe had been an argumental subject in history. I'll like to use neutral examples instead. Here's another example: I'm a Chinese but not a pork eater. Nobody and no circumstance can force me into eating pork. I'll rather go hungry or choose to die when there's really nothing to fill my hunger. On the other hand, I'm a person who fights for rights. Nobody, even Singapore law can stop me from cooking topics on that blood sucking demon tt durai. Every person have the right to talk about their beliefs and religion. We can't stop them from promoting or sharing their religion point of views. But, can we choose not to listen or listen and let out, just forget it. Many people told me that the blood sucking demon tt durai will be punished sooner or later. Just leave that demon tt durai alone. Let the law deal with demon tt durai. But, I just like to vent out and I need to vent out. Otherwise....
