Do you remeber ?????

Yea I remember the hula hoop and pogo stick. They still sell the hula hoops. I haven't seen the pogo sticks around for a while. I wasn't good at either of them. I didn't really love either one because I didn't know how to do it right.

YES! I loved both of these. We always had contest with them. My brother always won on the pogo stick but I was ace on the hoola hoop. I think I need to get them again so I can get skinny again LOL

I assuredly remember those items...lol. I was good at both of them for about 2 seconds when I was a kid. I tried to do the hula hoop as an adult and guess what? - not - Even tried the pogo stick last year; didn't work for me; must have been broken or something. To tell you the truth, I think it was me; too much weight on the darn thing...Thanks for the memories, mj...

I remember both and was really very good with the hula hoop - even won a few contests here and there. Then my kids, mainly my daughter, had them and were quit impressed with Mom's abilities. Now my grandkids are starting to notice them - one grandson and I were in the store one day and he asked what that was - of course grandma had to show him - his response was "Grandma your silly"...

They still have both of these things for kids!! My daughter loves them...the grocery store that we usually goes to sells Hula Hoops all year long!! We love playing with them in the Summer time, my kids are too young (I think) for Pogo Sticks though.

I remember both!! I used to have a really pretty pink striped hula hoop even though I couldn't do it at all! I remember the pogo stick too but I was afraid of it! LOL I finally tried it when I was a little bit older and almost got the hang of it, but not quite. I'm trying to think of other childhood toys and games that I've forgotten about.

I wasn't good at either one of them either but yes, I remember them. As a matter of fact, I have a hula hoop. Its out in the yard buried under all the snow. Now the toy I liked was my hoppity hop. Remember those?

Yes, I remember them. I loved the hula hoop and was able to do it quite well. I never tried the pogo stick. I don't think I could do either one now! My waist has certainly changed...LOL

Ooh... I used to have fun with my hula hoop... and I remember pogo's but I never owned one, and the few times that I was on one, I was really bad at it lol. Guess more practice would have helped!

I never had a pogo stick, but I had a pogo ball. I loved it. I would spend hours jumping on that thing. I guess they would be much easier to use than the stick, though. I always had hula hoops, too. My sisters and our friends and I used to always have contests with them. We would see who could do it with the most too. And see if we could do one on each arm and one around the waist. I could do them on each arm but not around the waist, too. My older sister was the only one of us and all of our friends that could do it. She always won all the contests.
