Do you dream in chocolate?

I love that phrase...it is the Lindt, Lindor Truffles quote, and it always makes me melt and my mouth water, whenever I see or hear it. I love the Lindt truffles. Especially the different flavors. Such as the dark blue, which is dark chocolate, and the gold ones, which are the white chocolate. And there are lots of other colors. Everyone is probably most familiar with the milk chocolate ones, they are red (I have had one right now, and two earlier today)...they are so good. They are Swiss chocolates, and after them, I love Belgian chocolates. My cousin got a huge box of Belgian Chocolates when she graduated med school, I practically ate the whole thing, and she just thought I was out of my mind...but, they are so good, it is unbelievable. Anyone else have a favorite kind of chocolate that they recommend, or prefer...?

I have never had Lindt truffles or Belgian chocolates. I bet that they are marvelously good. Compared to you, I am not as sophisticated in the area of chocolates...lol. I am happy when I can get some Malley's chocolates from Ohio..lol. I will have to put these chocolates on my list of things to try in the future. I wonder if I get hooked on them if I will be able to control myself.

Malley's sounds familiar to me, I wonder if I have had it before and don't remember, I will do a search online...but, Lindt truffles are really goos. You can buy a few at your local Borders Bookstore, and pick all the flavors you like, without having to buy a whole bag. I like to go and treat myself, whenever I buy a book, for like 75 cents, I buy a few with my novel. A good book, and some good chocolate, and I am in heaven, lol.

I'm not all that sure that I dream in chocolate, but it is my number 1 craving. My favourite would be Cadbury, Nestles and Dove. Flavours? Plain chocolate, caramel, fruit and nut, hazelnut... I also love chocolate sweets, such as rich chocolate cake, self saucing chocolate pudding, hazelnut & chocolate slice.. etc. It is my one biggest weakness to loosing weight. Apparently there is feel good type chemical in chocolate that some of us crave. My brother and daghter are much the same.

Yes, I like a lot of the Cadbury and Nestle chocolates also. And, my hubby and brother and I are like me, when it comes to the Lindor Truffles, we are all after them at the same time, and compete for the last one. I think the endorphins that make us happy, in chocolate, are what make us crave it so much.

I like the Lindt truffles also. My favorite is the dark chocolate with coffee center. I suck on it and let it slowly melt in my mouth. Another good chocolate is Dove dark chocolate. Those are also good to let melt in your mouth. Since I have gotten older I like the dark chocolate much better than the milk chocolate.

Well now I will. What a great visual phrasing. It is just the way their chocolate tastes too. I love their truffles. But, their milk chocolate reindeer at Christmas were fantastic too. Plus, the covering, if you peeled it carefully retained the shape of the reindeer. It's those little things that make them worth the price.

That's true, because they are a bit pricey. I have never seen the reindeer, but when the holidays roll around, I will check it out online, because we can order off their website. They have about 10 countries listed...I should have added the website for anyone that wants it. I guess if people ask, then I will.

Chocolate truffles are like heaven to me. There's a little place about half an hour from where I live that makes homemade candies and I love to go there for all of the flavors of truffles they have. I think the favorite for me at that place would have to be the champagne truffles they make.

mmmmm, yummy, that sound so good. I will have to check out the champagne tuffle, I usually prefer the gold and blue. But, I have also had the green, and orange too...I wonder what color the champagne one's wrapper is...

I love that, too. I don't technically dream in chocolate, but I certainly do figuratively. I love the Lindt truffles as well. The dark blue are my favorites, but I'll take any of them. Lindt is by far my favorite chocolate. I've really got to stop reading these chocolate posts-- I've got another craving!

Lol, sorry, I was so in the chocalatey mood when I wrote it, especially since I had just had one, and it was so yummy and creamy...and I just felt like writing about it.

I know you're going to find this hard to believe, but I'm not a big fan of chocolate. Never have been. Having said that, I will join your 'drool-fest' with a memory from days gone by. When I was a kid, there was a local chocolatierre in our town. Each Easter my parents would get us kids our own large chocolate egg, filled with butter cream. Never in my life have I ever tasted anything else so completely indulgent. The local candy maker was a small, family owned shop who used their own special recipes. They finally retired some years ago, and I've not had a real taste for any kind of chocolate treat since. I think that little old couple ruined me forever.

Same here. I like chocolate, but I'm certainly not a chocoholic. Potato crisps are more my thing, believe it or not.

I love any phrase with the word chocolate in it lol I love dark chocolate, especially dark chocolate almonds (from See's of course.) I have never eaten any chocolate better than See's. Is there a See's near you? If not I'll have to get you some when you come visit. :) What types do you like exactly... I remember you also liked the dark chocolate covered almonds...what else?
