I always think about this every time I return home and I fill the gasoline tank of my average size Toyota car. You see, in the rich oil Venezuela cars usually fill up for one or two dollars, while trucks and SUVs owners spend a maximum of four or five for a full tank. U.S. and European tourists are always amazed by this fact, and I always remember it when my friends fill their tanks here in the U.S. I ask you, what's the cheapest gasoline price you've ever seen and where?

I've seen it for 30 cents in the 40's and 50's but latley I'm lucky if I can get one gallon for less than $2. It was going down but since the new year it seems to be on the rise again. Even with gas going up I live in a small down and fill up maybe once a month. If I do fill up it only costs about $30.
