should i get worried when i start forgetting things?

i am not that old to be forgetting things easily. is there something for me to worry about then? am i lacking in any food supplements or anything? thanks!

My mum always says that fish is food for the brain, so start eating fish like salmon and cod especially. Another way to help you remember things to be done is to write them down. It really helps to cut down on the stress of trying to remember.

First thing is to make sure that you are getting enough sleep, thats right the full 8 hours can really help, although most people only get about 6 thoes extra 2 will make the world of differance. If the problems continue even if you are getting the full eight, try the enzime called Sam-e. You let it melt under you tounge and it really does help. I used it during some school studying for test and did phenomonaly well. Just a suggestion, hope this helps.
