Cake recipes-what cake is your biggest seller? Would you share the recipe?

I just recently had to give up my cake decorating business because of carpal tunnel but to answer your question; my best selling cake was a white or gold cake with a fresh strawberry and fresh whipped cream filling. A chocolate cake with a chocolate mousse filling was another good seller. I did not give samples of my cakes as I did not have the time. Most of my business was word of mouth, so I really didn't need to give out samples.

i do not make my own cakes from scratch but with the boxes, lol......but instead of adding oil to them i add apple sauce and they taste great. my friends and family love carrot cake :)
