We all have opinions, why be so negative?

I can see you point here of it is ok to disagree with you and state a reaons why. But it another thing to call you a name becasue we don't like something you do. I agree with you. This is a free country and we have the right to disagree. But to call another person names just becasue they do not have the same belivefs that we do, is wrong.

Heh, wow..I did a whole long rant on this very same subject stressing on the thing called "respect of others". I agree totally though Mish, we're supposed to be mature people here right? We should all be able to agree to disagree, and if they have to childishly assume or judge you..well that's THEIR problem and not yours, you know?

I know what you mean hun... I posted a discussion that i thought was pretty awesome, and so did many people, friends and other users, but one guy decided to come on and say that my discussion was not worthy of being paid for, and that i shouldn't post if i don't have anything good to talk about... People have problems with the fact i smoke, well too damn bad, i don't want to quit, and i won't, until i maybe one day wish to do so, I believe in god, but in a different way than most, i have beliefs that go against many others, but if i talk about it, there's got to be something wrong with me... too bad, this is how i feel, this is my personal opinion, this is what goes on in MY head, that's all there is to it.... too bad so sad, right? I think that people need to sit back and realize that if everyone on this earth was the same, it would be pretty damned boring, and extremely frustrating, and that without diversity, you have nothing.... and usually when i respond or do a discussion, i always say 'i think' because it's just that, what I think!, and i don't think anyone should dispute that, i don't want a fight, i don't mind listening to what others have to say, even if they want to curb my way of thinking, as long as they don't decide that it's 'wrong' for me to be myself... If they do that, well i get pretty pissed off!
