Is it only me that is full of good intentions, only to have them fade out and forgotten about, or do others do the same. I am always saying I will start this now, only to put it off 'again'. Sometimes I get on my own nerves so much, that I do what ever I have promised myself just to get it over with. Do any of you do the same, or is it just me?!!

I don't really get what you are trying to express... The road to hell is indeed paved with good intentions. Parents, friends etc all have good intentions, majority of the time, it just doesn't pan out. Instead of sending you to heaven, it leads to hell.

It is a saying we use here when we intend to start a project, or visit someone and then don't do it. To make ourselves feel better, we say, 'The road to hell is paved with good intentions'
