I am getting older and when I look in the mirror I see some laugh lines, some forehead wrinkles and general signs of getting older. i see a lot of products in the health and beauty shops and cannot decide. Right now I just use a facial foam to wash my face at night. Some friends told me to use certain products, moisturizers, creams and all those stuff, but I'm afraid that it can cause more harm than help for me. I have a very fair skin and it's sensitive enough that 2mins under the sun can redden my face. Can you give me tips and maybe a recommended product I can use to alleviate this signs of aging.

I use some Avon clothes to wash my face every night and put on night cream from Avon. I also use a different Avon cream for mornings. I don't remember to do my face every night...but I need to. I have some wrinkles coming in next to my eyes. Wah, I am getting old!
I broke out trying a 3 in 1 cleaner from Mary Kay.

hmm.. avon products... i don't know with products manufactured outside of our country or from whereever they get the products they release here, but I've tried lots of avon products but unfortunately, nothing seems to fit my skin, either I break out or my face/skin gets red and it's not a pretty site! LOL Good for you that your face agrees with avon. Yes, sometimes it's funny ei? we think we'll never get old, or we're still young and then we face the mirror and see those tiny lines starting...and we can't believe it... like me.. I have always looked young for my age and I always took that for granted, but now that I am actually ageing and my skin are showing signs, I find I'm cramming (oohh, is that the right term?) to get the right beauty products to delay this signs...

I use Olay Products,
I love them!
My days consist of putting sunscreen in the morning before I go out on my face.
Keeping away from the sun as much as possible.
Washing my face every morning and night.
Putting on night cream each night before bed time, that's about it.

I think water is the biggest boon to skin. I drink a lot of it and despite a lot of over exposure to the sun, my skin is in good condition.
At free-beauty-tips.com they say, "Drinking the recommended eight glasses of water per day coupled with exercise - walking, running, bicycling, engaging in sports - should have a great impact on one’s complexion. Increased blood flow due to aerobic exercise will positively impact one’s complexion with a glowing look to replace dull skin."
I also think plenty of rest is a natural source of looking healthy.

The best beauty regimen is to get enough sleep. Butof course some products will help, like a facial wash, a facial cleanser, a cream, before going to bed. And of course, u can find beauty regimen/tools that you can use at home. drink lots of water. it will help your skin to breathe...
