If you work in a office, how do you feel the life in the office?

Do you like your office life? Because i works in a office, i usually stay in the office 8 hours per day to design the new product in the computer. Sometime i talk the project with the teammates, sometime i work alone. we can chat 10 minites about every 1 hour to have a relax freely. So sometime i feel it's not so bad, but sometime i feel very tired, when the bell rung, i rush out and go home immidiaterly.
