what do you think about karma?

what comes around goes around right? i have this boss who kicked me out of work and i feel that he deserves a bad karma. i hope he also be kicked out from his job! do you have an experience like this?

Yes i believe in karma..I was once had a boss who keeps on insulting me infront of my co-employees like that and my ex-officemates told me that she was terminated due to heavy reason...
