Yummy...great vegan recipe. I love smoothies and always use soy with fruit or just fruit.

As soon as I saw this recipe I got on the phone and asked my dietitian if it was OK for diabetics to have this delicious drink. I was so happy to learn that I too could enjoy this smoothie. Using honey and soy milk was an excellent idea. Since honey is a natural sweetener I am allowed to use it in my diet. Not only is this drink good but it is also health. Thanks for another great recipe I can add to my collection.

I am a soy girl! Smoothies are another joy of mine. Thanks for this recipe, I will add it to my others. Appreciate you using honey and not added sugar. That is key in this day and age with corn syrup and sugars in too many of our products. Thanks again.

blueberries are very rich in anti-oxidents and help slowly the appearance of wrinkles :-)
