You must have experienced that creeping sadness when there seems nothing to be sad about. When this happens to me, yes, I do cry. If I am alone and quite sure that no one will hear me, I really sob. It unloads the sadness. It feels good after having done it. Some doctors say that it is good for the heart if we cry the sadness out.

I want to cry all the time now for some reason. Like when someone is happy or sad on a movie or even on TV. Or If I can't find where I'm supposed to be going and get lost when i'm driving. I cry about things that a year ago i would never cry about. I don't know whats happening to me, its not meopause or something like that, because I'm only 21 years old. I think I am slightly depressed or something. Winter here in New York seems to last a lifetime and you get cooped up inside all the time, I personally like the warm weather much better!! But anyway yeah I'm a cryer now, I try not to in public though because my makeup will run and I'll look like frankenstein..lol :)

I cry in many circumstances, but not frequently, thank God! I cried because of a lost love two years ago. It was river of tears. After that i never cried for a guy again. I cry when im laughing too hard, i dunno if you can call that real crying. I'm just too amused that my eyes moists. I cry when a scene in a movie touch me deeply. Or when i get too carried away in a book im reading. I even cry when i'm too angry or pissed off. Or remembered a happy thoughts that i knew would never ever happened again. I don't cry when i am sad. I just keep quiet. Sleep. Eat. Smile. And pretend not sad at all.
