Anyone have tried this slimming capsules? My friend is taking it for 10 days now. During her first day until the third day she experienced nausea and palpitations. I tried it the first time and experienced the same. We have other friends who claim that its really effective. But why does this things happen? any ideas and other ways you can recommend to get thin? =) Thanks!

I am currently taking Zhen de Shou. This is my second week and I already lost 10lbs. Its really very effective. As for side effects, I did not experience any nausea, headaches or palpitations. I just sweat a lot and I always feel thirsty. I believe this is the result of the faster metabolic rate caused by this slimming product. It is true that it decreases appetite. I am a very busy office person and since I don't feel hungry, I often forget to eat. Sometimes, I would realize that I have not eaten anything the whole day but still don't feel hungry. My husband was concerned about this so he calls me up during lunchtime to remind me to grab something to eat. lol. It is true that there are fake zhen de shou in the market so be careful in purchasing. When taking this product, eat 3x a day even if your not hungry. Never take 1 capsule a day!

i tried that, and it's effective but i experienced depression. lol. it was really funny because tiniest things can make me cry. and i really felt sad. but i stopped using it because i cant deal with depression anymore because my friends and my boyfriend got affected. common effects are palpitations, nausea, frequent thirst and insomnia. it reduces your weight by making your metabolism faster. i suggest that you use maggi. it's a slimming pill also. aside from losing weight, you're gonna get whiter skin. try it =)

Never heard of these but if they are causeing you to becasome sick, is it really worth it. Try dieting and exercise. They might not work as fast but at least it is a healthy way to go.

"Zhen de Shou" literally means "Really Slim" in Chinese. I haven't tried or seem these . i did take some slimming capsules before but then i stopped just after several days because it made me go to the bathroom several times during the day which is really annoying. if i was to take it this Zhen de Shou pills, i would have second thoughts since you and your friend experienced nausea and palpitations. that's really a bad sign. the best way to get thin is to eat less and exercise more. proven method. but then again, don't listen to me. i myself am trying to be thin :) hehe.

Never use such medicines. I used such medicine but for weight gain and I had to pay a lot in terms of my health. I suffered from sever constipation and a great abdominal pain along with a mild hepatitis.

Hi! My officemate is using it and surely she's losing weight. She said that she had terrible headaches since she started taking the pill but it eventually sibsided after two weeks of use. She's loving it now because she has to wear new set of wardrobe (that is one size smaller) after taking it for just about a month. yes, a month! Oh, i envy her, but im afraid to try it myself. Side effects, well aside from the headaches she had, she told me that she is losing appetite and she finds all sorts of food tasteless. she feels full all the time. Just beware on taking the pills because I heard that a lot of imitations are in the market right now. Best to buy it with someone you know you can trust.
