doe's your landlord/real estate agent suck and why

our,s really suck, we moved in to a brand new house, the builders didn't clean the mess up, we got $50 off our first weeks rent, one toilet keeps blocking and over flows, 2 air conditioners dont work properly, and the new real estate agent, is trying to make herself look good, she rings up constantly, to find out where the rent is or gives us a notice, instead of checking the bank account we put it in, and this week we got evicted, because my wife has leukaemia, and he dosn't want some one in the house that will drop dead soon, we are going to take that further, but i am not going to hold my breath on the tenancy board doing anything, how bad is yours?
